You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.

  • In the original packaging , including all labels.
  • Products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, used, altered or worn.
  • Always include the packing list with your return shipment.

Exceptions (products not returnable)

We do not accept returns for some products because they are custom-ordered or manufactured for you. This is always stated with the item. This includes:

  • Toppers
  • Beds and bases
  • Headboards
  • Wooden furniture
  • Decorative cushions
  • Cylinders
  • Poufs
