Returns Policy – E-store (online purchases)
Return period
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Return costs are at your own expense and will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
- The product must be in original condition .
- In the original packaging , including all labels.
- Products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, used, altered or worn.
- Always include the packing list with your return shipment.

COCO-MAT reserves the right to assess the condition of a returned item and decide on a possible refund.
Exceptions (products not returnable)
We do not accept returns for some products because they are custom-ordered or manufactured for you. This is always stated with the item. This includes:
- Mattresses
- Toppers
- Beds and bases
- Headboards
- Wooden furniture
- Decorative cushions
- Cylinders
- Poufs

Items purchased in our stores can be exchanged within 14 days .
You can choose from:
- another product
- a COCO-MAT gift voucher
- refund of the amount paid

The same exceptions apply as with our e-store: special order products, custom-made items, hygiene products, and showroom models cannot be returned.
