Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that the return policy for products purchased in one of our physical stores may differ. For store purchases, please ask the staff for more information.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused and undamaged.

• It must be in its original packaging, including labels and accessories.

• Products must not be washed, adjusted, assembled, or visibly used.

• Always include the packing slip or order confirmation with your return.

Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded. You may also choose to receive another product or a COCO-MAT gift card instead.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned because they are specially made or ordered for you. This is always indicated on the product page. These items include:

• Mattresses

• Toppers

• Beds and bed bases

• Headboards

• Wooden furniture

• Decorative cushions

• Cylinders

• Poufs
