Handmade products & size differences

Our mattresses and toppers are made by hand.

According to the NEN-EN 1334 standard, dimensional differences of ±2 cm are not covered by the warranty.

Contour formation

Natural materials adapt to the contours of the body.

Local height formation or loss of up to 2 cm falls within normal product properties and therefore not covered by the warranty.

Material or manufacturing defects

In case of confirmed manufacturing defects:

• the product is repaired
  
• or replaced with the same or an equivalent product if the original is no longer available.
  

Maintenance

• Warranty is only valid if maintenance advice has been followed.
  
• No warranty for:
  poor maintenance
  misuse or overload
  normal wear and tear
  use in damp areas
  

Product categories

• Duvets: 2-year warranty
  
• Pillows: 2-year warranty
  
• Bed linen and bed textiles: 1-year warranty (excluding color fading due to sunlight)
  
• Showroom models: no guarantee for visible defects
