± 3 days a week | Amsterdam (Overtoom)

Are you someone who has a good sense of people and gets energy from genuine customer contact? Then we are looking for you.

For our store in Amsterdam, we are looking for an energetic, social and pleasant sales advisor who enjoys truly helping customers and wants to be part of a small, close-knit team.

With us, it's not standard retail work, but truly taking the time for customers and together arriving at the right choice.

You will primarily work in Amsterdam, with an occasional day in The Hague when needed.

 

What will you do?

• Advise and assist customers in finding their ideal bed or mattress.
• Help customers with our full range of products, from small sleep accessories to complete bed systems.
• Advise on fabrics, colors, and combinations. (we have an extensive fabric collection)
• Listen carefully and sense what someone needs.
• Convey our story in a personal and understandable way.
• Achieve sales. (without being pushy)
• Sometimes run the store independently.
• Ensure the store always looks beautiful, clean, and well-maintained.
• Contribute ideas, improvements, and opportunities.
• Help with adjusting window displays and store presentation.

 

What are we looking for?

• You are social, energetic, and easily approach people.
• You have a good sense of people and effortlessly respond to them.
• You understand that sales are about trust, not pressure.
• You are a pleasant, open, and positive person.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and working independently.
• A feeling for interior/styling is a big plus.
• You speak good Dutch and English.
• You are available ± 3 days a week.
• Available at least 1 weekend day.
• Flexible enough to occasionally work in The Hague and work more during holidays or illness.
